    I had some flowers made by someone
    else (but I am not happy with them / they
    have got damaged) can you alter or repair
    them?
    Yes we can. This is not an unusual question, we are
    happy to alter or repair other flowers. We may need a
    picture of damaged items first to ascertain how well
    they can be fixed  or whether some needs replacing
    but yes in most cases we can alter or repair someone
    elses work.
